Every cluster stand in L’enclave has been sold.
L’enclave is a small, gated enclave of cluster stands inside Summer Greens. Each stand was sold serviced, and each owner designs and builds their own home on it, behind a single controlled entrance shared by the whole enclave.
If you were hoping for a cluster stand here, The Aurum is our new gated development of cluster stands in the same estate, and it is selling now. Our sales team can walk you through what is available.
Owners bought serviced cluster stands and design and build their own homes on them, at their own pace and to their own plans.
The enclave is walled with a single controlled entrance, giving every stand inside it a second layer of security.
Sited in Edinburg alongside Summer Greens Phase 1 and Phase 2, close to schools, shops and the main routes into Harare.
Concept renders of L’enclave. Each owner designs and builds their own home, so the finished houses will differ.
L’enclave is sold out, but The Aurum is selling cluster stands in Summer Greens now.
