Principal Founder & Chief Executive Officer – Project 529 P/L
Trevor K. Chipika is the Principal Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Project 529. He is an ACCA-certified Chartered Accountant registered with PAAB, with 10+ years of experience spanning finance, audit and real estate development.
Trevor holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University and is currently pursuing an MBA with the University of Zimbabwe. He is also a candidate for Real Estate Agency Principal membership with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe.
His career began in finance and professional accounting, where he built expertise in financial management, compliance, corporate governance and investment structuring. This foundation led him to real estate, where he identified a need for development that is financially sound, transparent and people-centered.
As Founder of Project 529 and the KC & Trevor Group, Trevor leads the company’s vision to deliver quality, affordable and well-planned property solutions. Under his leadership, Project 529 combines financial discipline with community impact to create developments that hold long-term value for homeowners, investors and stakeholders.
Trevor is passionate about ethical business, sustainable urban development and building institutions that outlast their founders. His approach merges ACCA-level rigor with on-the-ground real estate experience to ensure every Project 529 development is viable, compliant and delivered to standard.
Director – Social Services
Business development expert in project management, strategic company partnerships and client relations. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Sociology (UZ), a Certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation and a City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation, Culinary Arts and Patisserie, and brings over 5 years’ experience in community development, program management and stakeholder engagement.
Her background in social services shapes the heart of Project 529. She believes that sustainable business must create measurable social impact alongside financial growth. This people-first approach guides the company’s strategy in delivering community development projects, managing affordable housing and social infrastructure. She is skilled in project design, M&E, policy development and partnership management.
She is responsible for overall company direction, governance and stakeholder relations. Her social work background ensures that the company remains client-centered, ethical and results-driven.

Civil engineer with 4+ years across construction, civil engineering and land development projects. Holds an HND in Civil Engineering, with experience in road construction, water and sewer reticulation, infrastructure development and project management.
Procurement Manager
Procurement specialist in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract negotiation, focused on cost optimisation and supply-chain efficiency. Holds a BCom in Banking & Finance and ACCA Level II certification.
Plant Manager
