Block A is being serviced by the same Project 529 plant and crews that delivered the earlier phases: road formation and gravelling, storm water drainage and culverts, kerbing, water reticulation and sewer lines. Nothing is subcontracted out and left to chance, which is why Summer Greens stands come out of the ground on programme.

Concrete culverts and headwalls are installed to carry storm water through defined channels, so the block drains properly from the first rains.
Kerbing and side channels define the streets, protect the road edge and keep run-off where it belongs.
Water mains are laid and connected across the block, the same reticulation standard delivered in Phases 1 and 2.
Sewer lines and manholes are installed and set to level, ready for each stand to connect when you build.
Graders, rollers, loaders and tipper trucks are ours, and so are the teams operating them. That is how the programme stays on track.
